This is what the PMO looks like

Online survey

The PMO starts with the ‘Work & Private Energy List’, a survey that provides insight into what gives you energy and what takes energy, at home and at work. The questionnaire is available on the online platform ‘My Arbo Unie PMO’.

Results lead to a personal advice report.

Health check

A detailed health check in which your blood pressure, cholesterol and BMI are measured, among other things. Exactly which tests you get depends on your workplace, job and your employer's choice.

The check-ups often take place at your work location or at an Arbo Unie location nearby. The check-up is usually followed by a personal consultation in which you are given positive advice and useful tips to get started right away.
